so little time

You're excited. You are finally redoing that kitchen after 12 years of living with the dishwasher that only opened half way.  You've been told it will be done in 3 months.  No problem, anyone can live in construction for three months.  And all of a sudden its been four. And then five. And by month six  of microwave dinners in the kid's bedroom you are wishing for that half-open dishwasher. Well we have good news. It doesn't have to be that way.

Contractors often start out as great framers or electricians or plumbers. People who really know the ins and outs of the structure and functionality of a house. But not necessarily how to design one. Or how to get people to work together.  Or who have the foresight to help you understand what a kitchen with three islands will really look like.

So before you set out to remodel, make sure your design is set. Have you figured out the cabinets?  (Hint: don't demo that fully functional kitchen if you haven't. Custom cabinets often have an 8 week lead time). Have all the contractors committed to a time they will start and finish work? Getting all your ducks in a row before you swing a single hammer will save you time, money, and microwave dinners.

And that's where 328 Design Group can help.  Not only with amazing design to create that take your breath away moment every time you walk in or to figure out the perfect way to use that odd annoying corner, but also to be your building partner.  Organizing the vendors, the contractors, and staying on top of the little nuances that are so often overlooked causing delay after delay. So that when we say it will be done, it is.

Call us today.  We can't wait to show you what can be done.
